So last week my parents are kind enough to "give" me a car, a 2013 Honda Jazz (Honda Fit in the US) RS MT, to replace my 2013 (Maruti) Suzuki Karimun Wagon R. Technically it's still my dad's car as his name is written on the papers and he pays for the taxes, insurance and all. Dad got himself a new car, so he gave the Honda to me. As for the Wagon R, my mom took it back to be used as her backup vehicle, again. It probably will be given to my younger brother when he goes to college.
Nonetheless, switching to the Jazz from the Wagon R feels like going from a Mitsubishi Mirage (the hatchback) to a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, that's just how terrible the Suzuki is, I mean it's my first car, it's supposed to be like that. And now I'm super duper satisfied with my second car although I've just owned it for a week or so. The Jazz is an improvement on virtually every aspect than the Wagon R. Its engine is way way more powerful than the Suzuki, the Jazz produces more than enough 120hp from its N/A 1.5L 4 cyl engine. I-VTEC kicked in yo! It's very responsive and fun to drive, capable of overtaking easily, it's also quite fast, though I rarely drive above 80 mph (120 km/h) on the highway. With all that performance upgrades compared to the Suzuki, the fuel economy of the Jazz is comparable and is efficient for daily use, I give my Jazz 92 (premium) gas. My Jazz is 5 speed manual so it's safe from theft. It also has airbags and safety features like ABS, EBD, and BA, so it's less likely to kill me than the Wagon R.
Perhaps my favorite thing about the Jazz is that it looks small outside but spacious inside. As a hatchback, the Jazz is easy to drive and park and can squeeze in tight traffic jams. To me, the Jazz is like fast food, it's cheap (to own and operate), it's reliable and dependable, and it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't (cough SUVs cough). So I'm happy about the Jazz, I'm grateful and thankful to my parents.

Part of the reason why I decided to get a manual car was also to prevent theft. In 'Murica, 90% of people would freak out and take off running with their chevrolegs if they were ever tasked with driving a car with a stick and a third pedal.
Also, did you know the Honda Fit is also called the Jazz in Sweden because "fitta" means pussy in Swedish?
