A few hours had gone by since the morning rush began, as the inflow of customers was beginning to dwindle inside the shop. That was to be expected for Maya since everyone was going to work or school. Though she didn't mind things calming down.
Around the back of the establishment, a light blue portal suddenly appeared. Coming out of the portal, a mysterious figure wearing a black coat and wielding a Keyblade showed up. With their hood over their head, their face was hidden.
????: Alright. This is the place.
Trying to keep a low profile, the mysterious figure quickly dismissed their Keyblade, and closed the portal behind them.
????: This should be the ice cream/bakery I was told about. And the back door should be right here.
Looking at the back of the shop, the mysterious figure got a glance of the back door.
????: Now then.
Sneaking around the corner of the building, the mystery person looked over at the distance. That's where he saw the donut shop down the street, and leaning against a police cruiser was a cop.
????: Perfect. Now to make my move.
Not wasting time, the mysterious figure walked to the back door of the ice cream/bakery, as they quickly began to pick the lock. After several seconds, they succeeded, and proceeded to enter inside.
????: Time to get things underway.
Sneaking inside the establishment, the mystery intruder looked around the back of the shop. Right in front of them, they immediately saw the kitchen area, as they saw nothing but baking ingredients the further down they looked. However, just before the intruder was ready to look around the back area, they spotted a freshly baked pie, and it was still steaming.
????: That will do nicely for this little test run.
Reaching into their pocket, the mystery person took out a vial containing a black liquid. And just as quickly as they took it out, the intruder threw it at the pie, with the glass breaking at the corner of the counter, and the contents landing on the pie. As the liquid landed on the pie, it began to emit a dark aura, and was beginning to spread out.
????: My work here is done. Time to get out of here.
Not wanting to get caught in the dark aura, the mysterious figure quickly made his way out, summoned out their Keyblade, and created a light blue portal.
????: Let's see you try and take on this, Maya!
The mysterious figure ran through the portal, as it disappeared behind them. Not a trace of them was left behind.
