Been also holding out some other art as well i recently got colored in. This picture was colored in a while ago so it's been like this for a while. Also i haven't made a character icon for the Aurum Legionary yet so thats why there's a blank icon but a BG with it. There's a version of this without the textbox located: here.

Main Image Description:

These guys are my interpretation of "regular" goldies in my AU, mostly the ones that show up in fog waves on rare occasions, since i prefer Aurum-san herself be the main goldie for Goldie-seeking waves. These guys weren't your typical Salmannican Goldie that was cooped themselves up for their smarts and longevity as scientists, doctors or philosophers and teachers and other high-intelligence-wielding job-holders.

Some goldies are taken at birth and raised to be pretty brutal warriors, thus making them be born in the ranks of the Aurum legionaries, the most esteemed and prided military divisions the Salmannican Empire's military has to offer. Their almost mythical legendary status brings awe to the normal salmonids of the ranks, and when one of them decides to lead a battalion of regular salmonid into battle, mostly in foggy waves, the battalion sees a 300% increase in victories and leaving their casualties almost to 0%.

Mostly due to Female Goldies in the Salmannican military being medical staff to keep the men in combat for longer. As well as reminders their leader is a Goldie as well, giving significant leadership to the regular salmonid. (The females whom most were rejected from Aurum legionary service as a female aurum legionary is looked down upon by Aurum-san herself. They are rarer than rare and when you do manage to find one, they mostly try to hide their gender from their superiors and pass off as other men. Think of a Mulan-type situation happening over and over again.)

On a more mundane task, they are here to protect their "Lord Caesar", being Aurum-san as the Aurum legionaries are doubling as her personal guard. Cuz the British redcoat guards with the tall furry hats were a bit too on-the-nose for me and wanted something more unique for the Goldie to represent, and since they (goldies) are roman based, and the UK/Great Britain kinda had it's roots in the Roman Empire in history, so i came up with these LARPers!
