I imagine there will be a situation where Jolene's abrasive personality can be turned into an asset, rather than a liability. For now, radical behavioral modification would likely be needed. Perhaps Jolene needs to be put in a high-stress situation and demonstrate their ability to handle pressure. Success warrants praise while mistakes warrant reprimands and lectures.

If all else fails, it would effectively be a good, old fashioned frog boil. Jolene will probably resign of their own volition, if they cannot handle the grueling field of medicine.
