Even if it's not poor ol' Graham's fault. It's very hard to maintain a positive attitude and even interact with someone who's practically taken your body, leaving you with theirs. Roxy didn't want things to be like this, but recently becoming stuck as a small male Shinx while the Pokèmon close to him has the luxury of being an incredibly pretty female Espeon. It upset him deeply; not to mention how difficult it now was to utter any words or even make eye contact towards her. Tears had been shed numerous times, he'd be ecstatic if he even just got some amount of height back at this point.

The yellowy Espeon had definitely taken note of her siblings' feelings mostly based on expression. She'd skipped out on sleep a lot mastering her new psychic powers, with a lot of caffine drinks and coffee flavoured cookies keeping her going. Despite that though, there still seemed to be no sign of her gem holding any transformative magic and if there was, Graham as sure as heck couldn't tap into it at all. Thanks to this, all she could hope was that solution to all this wasn't far off for the both of them and that they'd uncover something soon. These slender legs weren't cutting it at all for her and the well-intentioned compliments she'd get about her looks she'd get by locals and even friends were definitely causing some amount of embarrassment...

Figured it was long overdue for some more Swapping Places stuff~ That silly lil species swap comic I did back in November resonated with more people than I thought and I wanted to revisit it for quite some time. Bit of angst in this one, but I intend most future drawings of this AU to be much more light-hearted : )
