Just a drawing of very early versions of Charlie B. Barkin and Itchy Itchiford (in this case, the former was named as J. Donavan Private Investigator) from one of the early ideas from Don Bluth, Canine Mysteries.
As you guys know, All Dogs Go to Heaven was once Canine Mysteries (or Canine Detective, as some people call it) during an early draft where it was originally one of three short stories in a package feature (similary in the vein of The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, Make Mine Music and Melody Time) where a canine detective who lives in a junkyard tries to rescue a female dog from a nasty rich Texan and his goons. Originally going to be a spoof of Burt Reynolds' previous movies, the film never came to fruition and later had it's concepts put into All Dogs Go to Heaven.
