Hey all!
Sorry it's been so long since I've last uploaded anything, this past semester was a pretty rough one for me. I ended up having a really awful professor for one of my classes, and I needed to give it my full attention. I thankfully passed all my classes though, so it's all good now! I do plan on drawing again soon, and maybe even post more projects like this one!
With summer vacation starting for me, I thought I might try my hand at a new hobby: crocheting!! It's genuinely been such a blast learning to crochet, and I couldn't recommend it enough! The bee in the pic is my first ever project: Cornelius the Bee! I'll post a link to the kit below for those interested in making one too. The puppy, however, comes from a free pattern website I'll also be posting a link to. It's been really challenging, but super rewarding. In totally, all the different parts for the puppy have probably taken me about 15 hours of work total (and I'm only really half way done). But honestly, looking into those dumb little eyes, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!
Something important to note is that the puppy's pattern calls for size 4 yarn, but I'm using size 6, which makes him so much bigger than usual. When he's all finished, I'm expecting he'll sit at about 2 feet tall!

Materials for Puppy:
"Big Twist" size 6 Plush Yarn: https://www.joann.com/plush-153yds-.....19135409a.html
20 mm black plastic safety eyes: https://www.joann.com/20mm-black-pl...../18216705.html
For my crochet hook, I prefer using a 6.5 mm, but that's honestly up to personal preference. Basically any hook will work though.
