The building is made of nano-structured sapphire glass and a supporting structure of titanium/diamond nano-structured skeleton.

Fiber optics and wifi throughout the building with a speed of 27 tb/s.
Antennas with fast quantum communications to the space infrastructure over New Tokyo and to Vulpina settlements and habitats around the solar system.

Here there are smart and luxurious apartments for Foxes as well as a number of 5 star + hotels for both Foxes and other visiting Animals.

At the top are large and very luxurious apartments for collective living for various Fox Clans.

In the building there are restaurants, shops, libraries, internet cafes, arcades, rave clubs, bars, restaurants with all kinds of food, exclusive natural floors with lush vegetation and several Shinto shrines and much more. In the building there are schools, hospitals and an IT university as well as offices for various companies in IT, robotics, finance, military, space and aviation.

In the lower part are many exclusive shopping malls, a large and luxurious bath and spa facility as well as several gyms and dojos.

Underground are several shelters, resource warehouses, resource hospitals, antimatter power plant, reserve fusion power plant, IT center, battle command center, 5 maglev subway stations, a large parking garage in several sections with car lifts as well as robotic car handling and free charging.

A large underground cave with a bathing lake, a forest with Shinto shrines and artificial daylight as well as several restaurants and luxurious and smart apartments adjacent to the forest and bathing lake.
