Actually, that won't alleviate the pain, that will help dissolving the crap. A little. VERY little. Oil works much better for that though, and you still need to rinse. To alleviate the pain, you'd need to use sugar, a solution like, a glucose syrup or something. Just not too strong because glucose itself is... Well, pure glucose would hurt like nails being hammered in, too.
Anything on the eye like that would hurt like hell. Being sriracha sauce only make it worst
