‘That’s it, Ozzy! You got her, now pull!’
*Confirming hisses*
“Visits to Coconut Island are often exciting, but this trip proved to be even more so, when our friend Tu Li’s pet jaguar, Seishin, came running up to us in a panic. Ozzy and me quickly followed him to a sandy clearing where we saw a large hand reaching up from the wet sand, along with Tu Li’s red hair spread on the surface.
As Seishin quickly ran off again, maybe to get more help, I had Ozzy plunge his tail into the quicksand to grab hold of Tu Li and start pulling her up. Tu Li is very big, and heavy, and covered in wet sand even more so, but before long her head emerged from the sands, and she gasped for breath. I braced myself against Ozzy and reached out to her.”
‘Don’t worry, Tu Li! We'll get you out of there!'
‘E….Ember?’
‘Yeah, it’s me, and Ozzy. Grab my hand and hang on!’

Another perilous picture from the amazing Toughset, as part of my friend Oliver’s ongoing story, where, in this chapter, his nearly 9-foot-tall jungle girl Tu Li finds herself in need of some Big rescuing, from Ember and Ozzy.
A very dramatic and tense picture, to be sure. You can practically hear Tu Li gasping for breath as Ozzy pulls her back up, and that thick, gooey-looking quicksand certainly is coating and weighing down her already big and heavy body. Ember’s look of concern is quite noticeable, and you can feel her straining to help pull her friend up, as she holds onto Ozzy for support. Even Ozzy looks quite concerned, with his tail dipping down into the quicksand to wrap around Tu Li’s mid-section and hoist her upwards. With as big as Tu Li is it certainly would take something as big and strong as Ozzy to get her out of this kind of sticky situation. Things look tense, but I think we can count on Ember and Ozzy to save their big friend Tu Li. :)
