stickcut for commissioning me!
The day where I wrote this was the day I fell into the MHA shipping hole. Luckily I'm too tired to read all of the "interesting" ships so it's all good.

“Attention! There’s been another villain sighted in the Greenland City Mall! We need heroes there immediately!” The announcer shouted out, “Her quirk is to turn others into animals so be careful heroes!”
The two hero trainees looked at each other, Ochako and Midoriya, before nodding. Their other classmates had already been sent out to deal with the other stronger villains. This should be an easy villain to take down, especially since she doesn’t seem to be combat focused. But for Midoriya (or Deku as his friends called him), he was still worried. Sure, Ochako with her gravity powers was not a pushover, but the problem was him.
In a world filled with people that have different abilities (known as quirks), he didn’t have anything. Well, he did inherit the ability from All Might, but that was only used as a last resort. The cost was potentially his body being blown to shreds, essentially making him into a suicide bomber. He sighed, while they travelled to the mall. Why couldn’t he get a better quirk?
Ochako patted on his back, “Don’t worry, Deku. I’m sure this would be an easy case.”
“Ye-yeah. With the two of us, nothing can stop us,” He said, before his eyes caught sight of a galloping horse. Its hazel brown fur dashing past them like there was a predator chasing after him. Just behind him, the mall was producing an orchestra of all sorts of animal sounds, “Looks like this was much bigger than I thought.”
They both nodded before sprinting towards the mall. Once they arrived at the entrance, other animals rushed away from them in the opposite direction. Ripped clothes and lost wallets were scattered through the floor. From a simple glance, he could spot out maybe fifty of these animals, all confused and panicking around the mall.
Deku took the first step, “What the hell is this?” His eyes couldn’t comprehend this insanity. What sort of quirk was this? What even was the trigger for it to work? And then came the bigger question: Why? Why do this in the first place?
Fortunately, as he explored the area, the animals all seemed to be fine physically. Ochako followed him, trying to hide her nervousness. Sweat was running down her back. She didn’t think it was this bad…
Suddenly a woman came rushing, shouting out, “Kyaaa! Please help me, hero!” Her hands swayed before coming into Deku’s embrace. Deku blushed, looking at Ochako for help to deal with this situation. Ochako only had a firm gaze on the woman, something wasn’t right.
Grabbing her by the shoulders, Deku tried to calm her down, “M-Madam, pl-please calm down. Cou-could you t-tell me what h-happened? A-are you hurt?”
She looked into his eyes, before smiling, “You could help me b-” Ochako suddenly pushed the woman down using her gravity powers, pinning her arms to the ground. Her dagger fell a few metres away from them as her face reverted into a deranged psychotic look. Her brown hair lightened, becoming blonde while her shirt reverted into a high school’s uniform. Ochako’s face soured. She tightened her grip on the woman that she knew all too well, Himiko Toga, a villain capable of disguising herself as anyone after consuming their blood.
She winked at Deku, causing him to look away while Ochako asked sternly, “Tell us where your accomplice is, Toga!”
“L-let g-go of me, O-Ochako!” Toga demanded. She loosened her grip, allowing Toga to gasp for air, “Gah, must you be so violent?”
“Violent? You’re the one trying to stab Deku for crying out loud.”
“It’s going to be a little scratch. A little blood never hurt anyone.”
“Enough,” Deku suddenly stepped in, “Toga, tell us where this villain is in the mall right now.”
She shrugged, “Honestly, I just arrived at the same time as you guys as well.”
“Are you not affiliated with him?” Ochako asked, scanning the area around. Deku took a step back as well. His worries were now multiplying. If this villain wasn’t working with her, then this must be a rogue villain with immense power.
Toga shook her head, “Nah, boss told me to kidnap her for experiments later on. Anyways, what’s with this freak? Turning everyone into animals without even harming them? That’s hella lame.”
“I agree,” A deep lady voice echoed through the mall. The trio turned around to see a middle-aged lady in a black witch’s costume, like she was in a Halloween contest, floating in the sky. She landed on high heels, before bowing before them, “Hello there, young ones. I suppose I’m the villain you all are looking for.”
Deku looked around at the area, trying to look for an explanation. But there weren’t any thin strings on her body. How was she floating in the sky then? Was that her quirk? But how else could she change the others into animals then?
Ochako and Toga had a different idea. Ochako immediately tried to crush her with her gravity powers while Toga grabbed out her many sharp daggers hidden within her pockets to pierce her. But she was unfazed. Dodging all of Toga’s attacks, she smiled at the gravity user, “Confused as to why your powers aren’t working here?”
With a simple clap, the two of them returned to their original spots. They looked at each other puzzled at such a power. Deku felt it within his gut, she was extremely dangerous. Capable of changing people into animals, nullifying other’s quirks, levitating and instant teleportation. What could she not do?
“Is there any way you could turn these animals back to humans?” Deku pleaded. He needed more knowledge of her ability. The other two glared at him. What was he thinking?
She chuckled, spawning a wheel of animals right next to her, “Let’s bet then. If you win me in the games, I’ll revert my changes. Else, you’re going to be my cute familiar forever. Starting with the boy,” She spun until it stopped at a cat, “Looks like you’re going to be a cute little cat for me.”
Ochako was furious, whispering into Deku’s ear, “What the hell, Deku? Why did you agree to this ridiculous game of hers?”
“Look, this is to find out what her quirk actually is. Once we find it, we can defeat her easily.”
The wheel stopped on a horse for Ochako and a donkey for Toga. Ochako nodded while Toga had a vague notion of Deku’s plans. The lady clapped, causing the wheel of animals to disappear, “We’ll play three games: Simon says, riddler and the gambler. If any one of you manages to win all three of the games, I’ll change everyone back into and I’ll comply with whatever the winner demands. Sounds fair?”
The trio glanced at each other. Only the first one was familiar to them with the other two completely being unknown. But what other choice did they have? Additionally, it was three against one and all they needed was one of them to win.
“Oh by the way, everytime you make a mistake, you would slowly change into your chosen animal and no violence is allowed. Any other questions before we begin? I don’t want you kids to claim that I was cheating after all,” She continued before putting her finger up, “I’ll only answer one question so make it count.”
Deku immediately asked, “Explain your quirk to us entirely from its constraints to powers while being as specific as possible.”
She chuckled out loud, wiping away tears of laughter, “Immediately asking my quirk instead of my games? You’re a daring one.”
“You would have to explain the rules of the games to us anyways.”
The witch grinned from ear to ear, scaring even Toga, “My quirk is called Witching Hour where every time I encounter bad luck, my quirk stores it as a second. Once stored, I can use my quirk within a set building.”
“But that doesn’t explain the ac-” Ochako’s voice was interrupted by her simple sway of fingers. Her mouth was moving but no sound came out from it. Sweat began to build up from Toga’s back; she had seen her colleagues do crazy shit before but to have all of these abilities in a single quirk was insane. Was she like all for one?
“Shush now, I’m still explaining. But essentially, my quirk allows me to do anything and everything I want,” She snapped her fingers, allowing Ochako to speak once again, “In other words, within this mall and the next hour, I’m a God.”
The revelation stunned the trio. God? What could they do about it? Sneak attack her? But she could revert the damage almost immediately. But the three of them came to the same conclusion, all they could do is either stall for time or win her stupid game.
“Let’s begin then. The first game is Simon Says. Follow the instructions after the words ‘Simon Says’ and vice versa. There would only be ten different stages,” Deku nodded at the other two, confident that they wouldn't lose. She continued, “Simon says jump!”
The trio jumped easily. Within their jump, he whispered into Ochako ears, “Just follow whatever I do and we’ll make it out alive.” She nodded, feeling reassured with his instructions. The witch smiled. Seemed like the boy was the smartest among the trio. Guess she would use some of her tricks then.
“Sit!”
With them landing onto the floor, all of them merely stood around, now feeling more confident. Inside Deku’s mind, the witch added a, “Simon says,” before actually saying, “Turn to the left.”
Only Deku and Ochako turned to the left with Toga raising her eyebrows, “What are you doing? She didn’t even say Simon says.”
His eyes widened. What was that? He swore he heard her saying “Simon Says”. Ochako was completely puzzled at Deku’s actions. What was going on? The villain smirked before passing out their punishment. With both of their bodies warming up, they groaned in pain as an uncomfortable feeling swept over them.
His two human ears retracted inwards. Bones merged into his skull causing Deku to be unable to hear for a few seconds. Within these few seconds, his attention now focused on Ochako’s pained face. Just underneath her skin, her tailbone poked downwards. Felt like a needle trying to pass through her body.
She let out a shocked scream as a tail shot out of her shirt. She grabbed it within her hands, rubbing against her new brown soft fur. This was real, this was her actual tail. Meanwhile Deku winced in pain as his new pair of black ears grew from his skull. His hearing had become much more sensitive, capable of hearing more frequencies than before to the extent that it was giving him a headache.
He glared at the lady as his ears twitched around. She chuckled as she continued, “Simon says sit,” She paused to watch the trio sit down. Now opening her mouth she said in a much higher frequency, “Meow for me.”
Deku meowed in his normal voice before covering his mouth. Shit, this was her plan, wasn’t it? His teeth sharpened into fangs as his angular face shape softened and rounded out. On instinct he started to scratch his face, only for black fur to sprout out. The two girls took a step back, horrified at the changes.
“My, my, what a cute cat, you’re becoming,” The lady continued, “Simon says clap your hands,”
Both girls clapped their hands while Deku was becoming more paranoid. Was this real or was she tricking him? His green eyes largened and turned yellow, alongside his green hair becoming black. Like a symbol, Deku’s nails elongated while paw pads popped up. His skin itched as he scratched around his arms, with black fur spawning in his place.
Ochako said, “Come on, Deku! I’ll repeat what she says and you could listen to me instead of her trickery!”
“Simon says wag your tail,” Ochako quickly wagged while the other two looked at each other. Like a lightning strike, their tails quickly shot out of their pants; a black furry one for Deku while a brown thin one for Toga. It was uncomfortable but not painful strangely. Toga panicked a little while Deku was resigned to his fate. Being a cat wasn’t the end of the world right?
“Lick your fur,” Deku gave in immediately on instinct, licking every patch of skin left, turning it into black fur. His regular clothes became too large causing him to snuggle deep inside them. He crawled out of his clothes, embarrassed to find his little rod missing. The other two looked at him in horror.
“One down two to go,” The witch exclaimed, “Let’s move onto the next game, Riddler. Just answer me this: What walks on four legs in the morning, two in the afternoon and three at night? For each second you girls take, I’ll change the brown girl into a horse completely,” Her body faded into the air, “Starting from now…”
“Wait, that isn’t fair!” Ochako responded with Toga laughing out loud. Immediately, she could feel her body rumbling and grumbling. She felt bloated inside, and her tail just froze.
Deku, who knew the answer, tried her best to claw out the answer on the ground. Ochako groaned. Her entire lips were pulled out forcefully to form her maw. Her nostrils enlarged while her blonde mane grew by her neck. A tear fell as she watched her face change and she couldn’t even do anything about it. She couldn’t even scream or shout with how her face was changing.
Her bones shifted around her body. Her neck elongated slightly accompanied with her ears stretching, doubling in size. They twitched around before reaching to the top of her head.
Thick brown fur quickly spreaded through her entire body, making her warm up and itchy all over. She tried to speak out but only ‘neighs’ escaped from her mouth. Now with her new head, she lost her center of balance causing her to trip and land on all fours. Her arms shivering with her body weight increasing rapidly. With tears now streaming down her smaller yet sharper eyes, she glared at Toga, who was laughing at this whole situation.
“There, there,” Deku petted the new horse, “Are you alright, Ochako?”
“Deku? Is that you?” The feline rested against one of her limbs after nodding, “Why is your voice so high pitched now?”
“Yeah, it’s me. Turns out I became a female cat,” He looked around at her body, " Are you doing fine?”
She licked at him as approval, “I don’t think your hands are going to long,” And he was right as they shivered. Her arms bulked in muscle alongside her legs, giving her a firm foundation. More weight stacked on her belly, bursting her hero uniform into shreds. Her ten fingers merged into thick silvery hooves with brown fur covering up the rest of her body. She gasped for air with the female cat licking at her new hooves.
“The answer is human, right?” Toga answered after Ochako changed completely. The witch clapped her hands, writing something on a piece of paper. The heroes weren’t having it, especially with how she betrayed them.
“Final game: The Gambler. Very simply, you can choose to sacrifice your humanity to save one of your friends or you can just walk away scot free,” She explained, “Now within this piece of paper, I have tried to predict what you’re going to do. If you follow my prediction, you lose. Else, you win.”
Toga, without a minute of hesitation, ran towards the exit. The witch smiled widely, almost like a demon looking at its prey as she snapped her fingers. Toga teleported right beside her, for her to open up the piece of paper. Her eyes widened as she begged the witch, “Please, please. Why don’t you just join us? You’re a villain right? We, the vill-Hee-haw?”
Ochako and Deku watched from the side, sighing as Toga’s transformation began. As the witch paralysed Toga, she stretched out her neck firstly. There, she made her float mid-air before going all the way to her legs. Like a chiropractor, she locked her bones into a quadruped position, causing her legs to shiver. As much as Toga wanted to express her discomfort, her body simply wouldn’t allow her.
Curling her feet into a ball, the witch hardened them into shiny hooves. Similar to Ochako, brown fur surrounded her lower back as muscles built onto her legs. As the witch passed by her torso, her highschool uniform shredded apart with how her stomach tripled in size. Her once slim figure was completely gone.
Whispering into her ear, she said, “See, this is now the best part.” Her arms quickly followed the same procedures with her bones locking into place while her hands curled uncomfortably into thick hooves. With how her brown fur quickly infected her body, only her head was the only human part left. The witch then pulled her ears up to the side while stretching her entire jaw out. Finally after her nose darkened to the tip of her new maw and her eyes enlarging, she had fully become a donkey.
Immediately as the witch released her grip on her, she quickly screamed in panicking Her limbs quiver, causing her to be paralysed in the place. The witch gave one last smile to the three of them before disappearing from the mall.
“No, no, no this can’t be true, I’m not a donkey!” She shouted with the heroes looking at her, “Why are you two fine with this?”
Deku jumped up onto Ochako, resting on her body, “Calm down, Toga. It’s not the end of the world.”
“That’s easy for you to say!” Ochako retaliated, “You’re some cute black cat while both of us are some clunky fat horses.”
As the other heroes arrived, they merely made a comment of how the three animals kept arguing with each other. They tried to revert the changes but nothing worked, leaving them in these animal bodies permanently.
As for the witch? It was as if she disappeared from the face of the Earth, leaving no traces behind...
