After covid I started getting sick more often, it's not as scary as it seems. But it's inconvenient

Yes, I have a tendency to low blood pressure, but I'm afraid it is not so pronounced that it would be my norm, although I have had this condition more than 50 times once a year. And quite often I even get nosebleeds, especially in the morning or during sleep. Whenever possible, I try to monitor my health and get examined, unfortunately, it doesn't give any amazing results for free.
