"Signal Trail" heading towards Mt. Carrigain


Hiking is one of my main mental health strategies. When folks say the "mountains call to me", it's more that my body and mind yearn for the lessons and release of hiking the mountains. If there's a CPT exercise, I can relate it to hiking. I call the mountains my church. I've probably done more emdr on myself in the mountains than the two years with my therapist. Here's what's going on in these.

False summits, unfinished work, steps and stages to life. Don't get ahead of yourself, but at the same time, consider the steps as small goals towards the ultimate goal. The path seems to be clear, you can see your end point... just kidding. That's not it, the summit is obscured by all that work you'll have to do in between. Life has work and out of sight endings planned.
