As another purchase and adopted from my friend Melon on Discord, he created this Villain bear that has no bio or story. Thus, after getting him that comes with one of my fav artist, I love to create a bio about him! And I want to thank Pandaman with let me use an idea to help build Nicolas Yusupov, Aka: Czar bear

Occupation: Former agent, to Anti-hero for hire.


Bio:

Czar, also known as Nicolas Yusupov was an agent for a secret branch of the Zoviet government (Now the Zoviet Federation). Along with being injected with a classified serum that was supposed to create a super soldier. Leading to have incredible strength, stamina, to even extreme adepts at physical and agile combat. However, the serum worked with side effects. Gaining massive amount of body fat via weight gain along with Nicolas's increased metabolism. Along with constant eating keeping his bulky weight up in order for his powers to last. For some reason, the serum generates a ton of hunger as adding more blubbery mass upon the ursa major. Also, if losing some weight, he begins to lose all of his added abilities. In other words, the slimmer he is, the weaker and less athletic he gets, and the fatter the bear is, the better! As result as the Zoviet's sees the project as a “failure”, with service Nicolas was in had shut down after the experiment. Only for the giant bear to hunt down the nation's food supply. Constantly gorging in maintaining his powers without a care in the world. Thus, he was exiled from the nation, and now in Exotika. Thus, he’s on his own now, and is the anti-hero, “Czar bear”. Coming from his self-important ego like the Tzars of ancient Russia. Regardless of his exile, seeing that as a "minor setback".

And Czar's belly is exposed because most of his employers wanted to! Along getting fatter that he had to re-design his outfit to have having less Latex than he should, in order to do it properly... but the real reason is because most clients who want his “hero work” wanted him like this. As showing off his fat belly with pride rather than a curse with them serum injections. Feeding to his ego like a pompous king. Even if acting like a fat lazy slob who sleeps a big part of the day. Along with stealing a few tons of food to keep his powers going alongside "hero" work. But rarely sees himself as one, but like a “badguy” who likes to crush and flatten worst guys with his power and mass.


Personality:

Nicolas even as his alter-ego “Czarbear”, is noted to be a selfish food loving bear. Wanting nothing more than wanting to be popular and to have a full stomach. Regardless of if it by the request of his clients or not in needing a “hero” to stop criminals or crooks. But can admire for ones who are big and massive as he is. Along hits of being compassionate for those he respects, but at the same time being superficial. Especially annoying once he eats' all the food in your kitchen as “payment” for those who don't have money. Sure, he can act heroic, but not because of kindness, but knows he can get paid in food if he's nicer to the people he saved. Along with having a short temper that can level whole buildings if you mess with him, or his food stockpiles. Reasons why he butts heads with Sean 95% of the time.
