This is remake of an old version of Twilight's rave-themed portrait. The following bellow is copy and pasted from the deviantart upload.

In previous drawings, I would draw her in something simple, a black crop top with a short magenta skirt. But this one, I decided to go all out.

Since Twilight's character involves her being a princess and an expert in the field of magic, I tried to incorporate that into her outfit. With this, I drew her in something elegant with represent her position of royalty, and vibrant to incorporate the magic that she represents.

Full cyan, with a little bit of sparkles of the skirt, leg wraps to add on to her elegance, and a top choice that peaks a bit under her breasts (because you know Twilight would be the saucy type, don't lie!). I also wanted to keep that vibrance to put some of her lighthearted fun-loving side, which she displays a lot of as she grows comfortable with her friends. And the final touch, I gave her sun and moon necklaces in tribute to her idols and mentors, Celestia and Luna.

And I took advantage of her magical properties with her using her magic to spin glowsticks around her. That's sure to make her a spectacle at any party.
