He is the founder and leader of the Sons of Gold Mammon, a cabal of high ranking nobles who operate as a shadow government, and ruler of the Omeginati, second only to the King of Bloody Night. He rules with an iron fist and has a stranglehold on many of the noble houses in the Ogre's Rib forcing them to either cooperate with the Sons of Gold Mammon or face assassinations or worse. He gets his wealth from racketeering, slavery and loansharking. He is a feared and dangerous man and he also strikes fear in the hearts of the other leaders of the Sons of Gold Mammon. He is very cruel and very predatory preying on the naive and the foolish appearing as a saint but is really a fiend.

He has a faction of killers who work for him known as the Janitors who are ordered to kill homeless who camp out at the Merchant District and beggars who panhandle in the Merchant District as well as any commoner who looks like a problem and nobles who refused to support the Omeginati.

His past is very much unknown, but he was born into nobility. He has a 3rd eye with telepathic powers and usually covers his face with a red veil in public, but only shows his face when he wants to. His weapon of choice is a katana styled rifle which he uses in battle and he can also teleport and use illusion magic as well
