Now either Remus was sent away for his own safety after this, or he also got rid of by whoever group that wants revenge against Alphonse and planned this whole attack. Also it's rich of Alphonse of pinning all the blame on Drayven when very likely the attack would never happened if wasn't by his whole warring nature (that as we seen in the "current day" parts of the comic, is something that even years later he still didn't noticed is only leading quicker to his kingdom's ruin).
