I see he was already wearing a diaper before he shrunk down to toddler size. But, wouldn't this picture be more effective if he gained the diaper only after he regressed?
Okay, I could assume that MAYBE he was planning to wear one in advance so that he would be guaranteed to be safe and padded when he actually DID regress, so he wouldn't have any accidents in his normal clothes, but... his normal clothes disappeared when he regressed anyways, so... there must be another reason he's already wearing his diaper as an adult before he regressed via the pacifier.
