Love the fact that, instead of Sam being consumed by gluttony; He actually used his own massive body weight to his advantage, and won!
Least we forget; there have been other detectives who took the "Gut Busters" case, but they're lost (presumably by their own gluttony), until Sam came along.

I'm not sure if that would actually happen. As we've seen in the last pages, he's obviously not wanted to get that fat. So, yes, it's very plausible that he'd want them to decrease the fattening agent in the food, but I'd say it's highly likely that he wouldn't want to keep it all for himself.
