This is Mr. Porter. I made the Sledgehammer myself. This is his murder weapon for my new animation series coming soon. Its called Pup Tower. Based off of the video game Clock Tower 3. Skye is Alyssa Hamilton. Mr. Porter is Sledgehammer. The very first serial killer in the game. I hope you guys like this artwork I made. It wont be made any time soon. It might come sooner then later. But for now I still have to make the other locations. I am planning on making this series longer then just 1 minute or a few seconds. It will show all clips involving the serial killers. Along with Skye saving the spirits and stuff. So I will put all scenes togeather which will also make the animation longer too. But this is the first villain in my series. Mr. Porter. He got the part for Sledgehammer because he looked like the only Paw Patrol character that can lift the hammer.
