Hefty Hippo, Swollen Sumo
"So, you want to be a sumo wrestler, eh? No way you're gonna be able to be one at that size," said the enormous pig who towered over the scrawny, tiny human, "you need to really bulk up!"
"But I can't! No matter what I do, I never manage to put anything on..." Looking down at his absolutely miniscule body, the human sighed in defeat... He was surrounded by big, fat animals of every kind, all of whom were exceptionally rotund and fit for the ring, each of them clad in extremely tight mawashis that really accentuated their large forms.
The pig handed the tiny human a chcoolate bar. "Sounds like you could use one of these, I think! A steady diet of these will get you all set for the ring."
Examining the chocolate bar, the human read the wrapper. "Calorie-Crunch: A Sumo-Sized Snack!"
He unwrapped the bar, unaware that all of the hefty animals in the room were all now eagerly watching him in anticipation...
After only a single bite, the human's gut began to loudly groan and gurgle. "Ooog... I-I feel... Weird..."
He didn't even realize that a tiny, spindly tail had just sprung out from above the back of his mawashi, and that his once ivory skin was gradually darkening to a similar brown hue as the chocolate he'd eaten.
BWOOMPH.
All at once, his body practically inflated with pure pudge, his body wobbling and jiggling as it did so. His green mawashi grew tighter as his rear end ballooned behind him, his thighs expanding to keep pace with his bulbous butt. Beneath him, his feet were becoming rounder, his toes merging into three thick, hardened digits.
"Urf... W-what's... Happening to me...?!" The changing human whimpered, his voice getting deeper and deeper as he grew wider, as well as taller. His arms thickened up as his chest puffed out into a pair of soft moobs, his nipples growing larger as well. Meanwhile, his face began to cartoonishly push outward, his nose growing broad and some of his teeth becoming flat and wide while his ears grew larger, migrating to the top of his head.
"Heh! It works fast on lanky guys!" Piped up one of the many sumos surrounding him.
"Oh, 'lanky' isn't how I'd describe him," said another, "not anymore at least!"
"I think I figured it out! He's becoming a hippo!"
Indeed, the human's now gigantic body was that of a pachyderm's. His skin was thick, and his entire body looked incredibly heavy, befitting of what he'd become.
At long last, his growth finished, his mawashi tightened around his enormous waist and wedged inside his massive brown butt. "I-I'm... a hippo...?" He said, still taken aback by his new, deep voice.
"Yeah! And probably the biggest guy here!" The room erupted into laughter as the new hippo whimpered in embarrassment.
