In order to fulfill a homework assignment, a student uses the ringmasters of the top furry circus groups in the world, "The Council of Ringmasters," and creates a mock intro set to the theme tune to the classic television show "The Ropers." The Council of Ringmasters consist of Rolf the Wolf (Circus of the Superstars), Landon the Labrador (Circus Delights; he is also known as the Ringmaster of Righteousness), the Colton Brothers, Jason and Bobby (from their own circus), Nadine Martinson (from her own circus), Rob the Magnificent (from the Golden Circus), and the Great Giovanni (from his own circus).

The success of the assignment turns into a successful YouTube video, which boosts the popularity of the circuses even further.
