I have had this amiga 500+ for 3 long years. Is has had some many issues. It still has the clock battery and it has not leaked yet currently last issue to fix. The fat Agnus, Denise, and Paula chips were giving errors. I have used a buddy's amiga 500+ chip and they did the same thing in my system but mine worked fine in his. I have used oscilloscope, logic probes, and volt meters. I have used new power supply's, changed the roms. Finally i found out what has happens. i used a test program that allows you to make advance bio changes. My buddy gave his setting to me. i used others test program to scan chip and it found no issue. The new software i used showed what was going on. The Idiot that had this before me tried to over clock all the chip and screwed them up. All my issue would have been solve if i would have remove the battery. Show i reset all the setting and now it is running with no issues. Now if you all excuse me I have drywall to repair.
