Rez spent his day out following a lead, the rain giving him the best excuse to get his wellies/rubber boots on.
Taking the whole day to investigate, snoop on comms, and take pics he lost the subject when they went through security into the next zone.
Just as they passed through an incident caused a security lockdown and closed the access out.
Wading back through the water pooling in streets with the worst drainage, he gets home to his block and secures his appartment high up in a rundown mostly abandonned residential tower.
Uploading his pics and recordings, he updates his client and fellow rebels on what he'd seen today, over isolated secure messenger service.
