This probably occurred last night at the Petropolis Christmas Party where TUFF and super-villains alike gather to celebrate that one time of year when they aren't busy being adversarial to one another.

Agent Kei is there as is the queen of Petsylvania Lady Malmsteen. She's wearing a sexy almost Jessica Rabbit-like dress. Noticing Kei near the eggnog table she slinks on over to playfully tug at his tie.

Their blushing indicates they might have had a few drinks so if they go on any romantic escapades tonight it could have them end up on Santa's naughty list. ;D Lady M already had a nice big mixed drink in her hand. Nothing like a Bloody Mary to make you question if there's actual blood in it her being a vampire bat and all.
