And now... our feature presentation!
I've come a long way with some of my Capricorn Cat and Croc tributes, and here comes the main attraction of them all! It's the 8th of January, so it's that time again to celebrate the Capricorn Cat Rainbow! For those of you who are new to this phenomenon, the Capricorn Cat Rainbow features seven feline characters who all share the same birthday, which is of course the birthday of a few famous people including physicist Stephen Hawking, rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Presley and game show host Bob Eubanks. Each feline represents a colour of the rainbow, and they are the following:
- Katt Monroe (Star Fox): representing the colour red, which stands for passion, vitality and energy.
- Lonnie Leo (from AxlReigns' Nightriders series): representing the colour orange, which stands for creativity, playfulness, and enthusiasm.
- Sierra (Father of the Pride): representing the colour yellow, which stands of optimism, happiness, and intellect.
- Leo Sanchez (fursona of leothetiger): representing the colour green, which stands for balance, growth, and abundance.
- Scat Cat (The Aristocats): representing the colour blue, which stands for trust, responsibility, and loyalty.
- Sylvester the Cat (Looney Tunes): representing the colour indigo, which stands for intuition, integrity, and knowledgeable.
- Blaze the Cat (Sonic the Hedgehog): representing the colour violet, which stands for wisdom, imagination, and mystery.
Altogether, they've been arranged to form the constellation Capricornus, which the zodiac sign Capricorn originated from. The rainbow concept was thought up by
bluemario1016 who helped me figure out which colour best represents who. Let's hear it for the cats who have the honour to be born under the star sign of the sea goat!
