Reproduction animal horns, for costume or crafts!
Using moulds taken from real horns, the main intention of these replicas was to be worn, so they're designed to be both strong and lightweight.
The horns have a double outer layer of polyurethane resin, filled with rigid polyurethane foam. This provides a good balance between the need for light weight, excellent detail reproduction and good resistance to wear & tear.
Pricing:
Plain: £50
Brown/black pigmentation: +£5
Other colours: +£5 plus cost of buying pigments, if required
Custom colours: +£10 plus cost of buying pigments, if required for mixing
Black effect wash: +£5
Stats:
Approx outer dimensions of those shown: 190 x 170 x 120mm (as if placed in imaginary box)
Max weight (pair): 563g

As these are the larger horns I generally recommend going with a hard-fill base and wiring them in place to a stiff panel or headband. On a head with a good thick layer of material though, it's probably overkill.
I'd probably use a proper fabric glue, as hot-glue tends to peel away from smooth outer surfaces eventually and doesn't soak into rigid foam as well as a fabric glue might. Generally your goal is to secure the flat end of the base to the fabric or foam under it to prevent it's location moving around and use the fur around the (presumed) mounting hole to keep it secured down. Basically make a small cupola to mount the base in and glue in from all sides.
