Maybe it's just me, but I don't think pointing out a mistake is being a jerk.

If you made an embarrassing mistake, wouldn't you want someone to point it out asap? Even if it makes you and that stranger feel totally awkward for a few minutes? I'd rather not be the one to point out obvious mistakes that can sometimes slip under an artist's self-critique radar, but I like Gill's art too much to see it go unmentioned lest someone else points it out in a particularly abrasive manner.

and all i'm saying is, what your doing isn't bad, just next time don't put someone on blast like that. while you had good intentions, you essentially gave critique when no one asked for it

next time, instead of pointing out a flaw in something in the comments for god and everyone to see, maybe note them separately?
