Pros: This entire team is always courteous, empathetic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are an all out very professional group.
Cons: Wait and call back times could be a little better.
Overall: While I have had an excellent experience with most of the team in particular Katya and Nate, it was Adam who took us across the finish line doing some hand holding on a rather complex issue. Teams like these are what make great companies.

Pros: Katya was GREAT! Got everything we needed help with done in under 5 minutes. I was on a conference call with our IT department and we waited on hold for less than 30 seconds before being helped.
Cons: Nothing at all. Katya was quick and efficient with her help and was able to get us all set up with what we needed within 5 minutes.
Overall: One of the fastest tech support calls I have ever had with everything I needed help with was completed.

The quality of all of the product seems very high quality high price but very affordable.Cons: No cons. This has been a great product so far it’s only been a few months of using and learning but I love it!
Overall: As a first time business owner I was extremely nervous about a pos system. When I came across pos nation I knew right away that this was the right fit for me. It has been so easy to learn and figure out this system and the team has been great and heather has been extended helpful throughout this process! Will choose POS Nation over and over!!

Pros: Heather did an amazing job explaining everything. I understood and was patient to go over it. I am a person who has someone repeat it to make sure I make no mistakes. She did a great job!
Cons: The POS system can be better kinda takes few secs to load up. When touching the screen it kinda buffers in sort away like its loading vs using a mouse saves couple of those secs to just use the mouse instead of manually touching the screen and the option to swipe credit cards for the transfer to go from the POS system to the card reader is a little slow.
Overall: Overall they have a great team when it comes to needing any tech help respond quickly good people, just need a bit of an upgrade on the systems.

Pros: Their POS is really nice, its built for liquor store so many useful features. Great cloud features and awesome support. Divy helped me change from my old POS which I had for 15 years.
Cons: Since I had Spirit 2000, the export function was not very nice. But now everything is working great.

Pros: Divy was extremely helpful. The first time I've used bottle POS since acquiring new POS systems for my liquor business. Divy was really helpful in getting me started by teaching me how to use the system and showing me all of its features. He supported me in setting up all of the departments, all of the vendors, auto invoicing, and auto uploading inventory into a system upon vendor delivery.
Cons: Can't think of anything, every time I run into an issue they help me figure it out.
Overall: From the beginning of the system through ringing up the clients, Overall system is awesome 100% recommended.

Pros: POS Nation assigned a customer service agent to lead you thru the setup process. Now, all I have to do is call the help phone number for Immediate 24/7 support from knowledgeable staff. So far, every problem has been quickly resolved.
Cons: Still trying to figure out the POS settings process. System stalls & crashes from time to time.
Overall: I'm glad we have converted our POS system to POS Nation. There is definitely a learning curve, so patience is a must. But, our new POS system has made our sales department much more efficient.

Pros: Easy to set up and deploy this POS system. Josh was our support tech and he was AMAZING! We were able to set up our new POS Screen almost IDENTICAL to the old system... POS Nation is a good goto for a reliable and viable POS solution.
Cons: Not really any... as the I.T. support person for this small business... I found the only possible issue was in the contract and that is not a con... I just don't like legalese...overall I cannot find anything that merits a bad mark with this company.
Overall: I was impressed by Josh's knowledge and speed in getting this POS system up and running... VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Pros: I am Firelands Trading Post & Scout Stores Manager, Beverly Yarbrough. I work for Lake Erie Council, #440 in Cleveland, Ohio.
On Wednesday, March 23 in the evening I had a customer put the wrong pin number in and it messed up the machine. After about a half an hour the customer left and came back when we opened up on Friday. I had hoped that being shut down for a day it would fix itself, but it didn't. So, I called BSA National. Katya was the first real person I talked to. I explained the problem and within minutes of getting into my computer she had it fixed! She had me ring up some items to check to make sure everything worked, and it did!! I told her she was Awesome!Cons: There were no problems, except with the CC Machine.
Overall: Katya, was very pleasant and listened to my problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. She was done in a matter of minutes.
