Pros: Highly Customizable/configurable.
Highly Responsive support team.
Affordable compared to alternatives.
Strong integrations.

Cons: Nothing of note. With our customer base the extent of capabilities can be intimidating to non-technical, but that's just because the product is versatile. The help guides are also great.

Overall: Suntek responded to my detailed request of customer requirements, which were not easy to meet, and delivered the exact solution that was needed even some integrations with archaic systems. There wasn't anything/anyone else out there that could have come even close to meeting the requirements and not having the project costs balloon out of control.

Pros: I liked the fast response whenever I had questions. The UI created is user friendly and intuitive.

Cons: We have yet to run into any snags so no "cons" thus far.

Overall: Working with Team Suntek has been a smooth a seamless thus far. Very happy with the results and we look forward to growing our company with them.

Cons: Integrating Suntek’s comprehensive reporting capabilities into our workflow has been wonderful – and entirely without cons or complaints

Overall: With remote access capabilities, the team can now collaborate on reports regardless of anyone's physical location or device used for accessioning the data. I highly recommend this product.

Pros: Intuitive drag-and-drop editor for rapid dashboard creation. Generating reports with exacting accuracy and formatting requirements quickly and easily.

Cons: Although we were apprehensive at first, we've had no negative experiences with Suntek Reporting so far - only positives!

Cons: Hard to come up with this one, but so far I have no complaints. The user interface could use more help icons, but the help desk was able to answer my questions and keep things moving along for me.
