VeraCrypt is a free disk encryption software brought to you by IDRIX (https://www.idrix.fr) and based on TrueCrypt 7.1a. It adds enhanced security to the algorithms used for system and partitions encryption making it immune to new developments in brute-force attacks. It also solves many vulnerabilities and security issues found in TrueCrypt. This enhanced security adds some delay ONLY to the opening of encrypted partitions without any performance impact to the application use phase. This is acceptable to the legitimate owner but it makes it much harder for an attacker to gain access to the encrypted data. pdfcrack is a command line, password recovery tool for PDF-files.

mcrypt, and the accompanying libmcrypt, are intended to be replacements for the old Unix crypt, except that they are under the GPL and support an ever-wider range of algorithms and modes.

RHash (Recursive Hasher) is a console utility for computing and verifying hash sums of files. It supports CRC32, CRC32C, MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA512, SHA3, AICH, ED2K, DC++ TTH, BTIH, Tiger, GOST R 34.11-2012, RIPEMD-160, HAS-160, EDON-R, and Whirlpool.

Poptop is an open source implementation of a PPTP server. Running under x86 or embedded Motorola ColdFire architectures Poptop provides full interoperability with the Microsoft PPTP VPN client.

Advanced Onion Router is a portable client for the OR network and is intended to be an improved alternative for Tor+Vidalia+Privoxy bundle for Windows users. Some of the improvements include UNICODE paths, support for HTTP and HTTPS proxy protocols on the same Socks4/Socks5 port with HTTP header filtering that generates fake identity-dependent headers every time the identity is changed (proxy chains are also supported), support for NTLM proxies, a User Interface that makes Tor's options and actions more accessible, local banlist for forbidden addresses, private identity isolation, a point-and-click process interceptor that can redirect connections from programs that don't support proxies, also giving them fake information about the local system and support for .onion addresses. Also, it can estimate AS paths for all circuits and prevent AS path intersections, it can restrict circuits to be built using only nodes from different countries, can change circuit lengths and more.

AirSnort is a wireless LAN (WLAN) tool which cracks encryption keys on 802.11b WEP networks. AirSnort operates by passively monitoring transmissions, computing the encryption key when enough packets have been gathered.

This project is an implementation of the TCG TPM 2.0 specification. It is based on the TPM specification Parts 3 and 4 source code donated by Microsoft, with additional files to complete the implementation. ccrypt is a command-line tool for encrypting and decrypting files and streams. It provides strong encryption based on the Rijndael cipher, a version of which is also used in the Advanced Encryption Standard.

Msieve is a C library implementing a suite of algorithms to factor large integers. It contains an implementation of the SIQS and GNFS algorithms; the latter has helped complete some of the largest public factorizations known

axTLS is a TLSv1 SSL library designed specifically for embedded devices, with a highly configurable interface for small memory footprints.

xxHash is an extremely fast non-cryptographic hash algorithm, working at RAM speed limit. It is proposed in four flavors (XXH32, XXH64, XXH3_64bits and XXH3_128bits). The latest variant, XXH3, offers improved performance across the board, especially on small data. It successfully completes the SMHasher test suite which evaluates collision, dispersion and randomness qualities of hash functions. Code is highly portable, and hashes are identical across all platforms (little / big endian). Performance on large data is only one part of the picture. Hashing is also very useful in constructions like hash tables and bloom filters. In these use cases, it's frequent to hash a lot of small data (starting at a few bytes). Algorithm's performance can be very different for such scenarios, since parts of the algorithm, such as initialization or finalization, become fixed cost. The impact of branch misprediction also becomes much more present.

The AWS Encryption SDK for C is a client-side encryption library designed to make it easy for everyone to encrypt and decrypt data using industry standards and best practices. It uses a data format compatible with the AWS Encryption SDKs in other languages. For more information on the AWS Encryption SDKs in all languages, see the Developer Guide. We will demonstrate some simple build recipes for Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems. These recipes assume a newly installed system with default installs of dependency packages. The Windows instructions install everything in your current directory (where you run the build process). The AWS Encryption SDK for C can be used with AWS KMS, but it is not required. For best results when doing a build with AWS KMS integration, do not install aws-c-common directly. Build and install the AWS SDK for C++, which will build and install aws-c-common for you (see the C++ SDK dependencies here).

SSLScan queries SSL services, such as HTTPS, in order to determine the ciphers that are supported. SSLScan is designed to be easy, lean and fast. The output includes prefered ciphers of the SSL service, the certificate and is in Text and XML formats.

jPBC is a Java porting of the PBC Library, a Pairing-Based Cryptography Library written in C. It supports symmetric and asymmetric pairing. With jPBC it is really easy to use such a strong cryptographic primitive.

DiskCryptor - fully open solution to encrypt all partitions, including system. The program is a replacement for proprietary DriveCrypt Plus pack and PGP WDE.

gSTM is a front-end for managing SSH-tunneled port redirects. It stores tunnel configurations in a simple XML format. The tunnels (local, remote and dynamic) can be managed and individually started/stopped through one simple interface.
