Emgu CV is a cross platform .Net wrapper to the OpenCV image processing library. Allowing OpenCV functions to be called from .NET compatible languages such as C#, VB, VC++, IronPython etc. The wrapper can be compiled in Mono and run on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

openDICOM.NET - DICOM library, console tools, DICOM viewer/browser for Mono/.NET and Beagle Desktop Search Plugin. The project supports ACR-NEMA and DICOM file formats and provides transcoding to XML. It is written in C# and licensed under (L)GPL.

RADLib is a graphics library. It was written in order to help developers design graphics applications easily and quickly. The library is available for .NET, Java, Delphi, Kylix.

Real-time fractals allow exploring of fractals by real-time zooming, panning and rotating. Output is rendered either by GDI or by OpenGL. Fractal equations are written in C# and can changed at run-time.

SpiceX is a simple schematic capture program for graphical interaction with Spice-based electronic simulation cores, i.e., placing components, wires and test points. SpiceX creates NETLISTs and runs simulations directly from the GUI.

This .NET/Mono library provides some utilities for handling tree structures. Most importantly, it supports the display of tree structures as two-dimensional graphics.
