FOXY is a filtering web proxy. Originally designed to provide device-independent access to the World Wide Web, it may also be used for HTTP-filtering, extraction and reauthoring of existing web content or as security device against web based attacks.

Using ARecordUpdater allows you to make sure you can always reach your home network, because it makes sure that your hostname is always up-to-date with the latest IP address. The update client can be run using a cron job to automate the process. So once you have it properly configured you don’t have to worry about it; you only need to remember your hostname to reach your files and services. Currently 3 hosts are supported: - one.com - eurohost.com - antagonist.nl ARecordUpdater doesn't use its own timer. It's better to use a cron job, so it uses less memory. Written in Java and runs on any machine with Java installed.
