NeoDatis ODB is a new generation Object Oriented Database. ODB is a real native and transparent persistence layer for Java, .Net, Groovy, Scala and Google Android. ODB is very simple and very fast and comes with a powerful query language.

This is an offshoot project of open source data quality (osDQ) project https://sourceforge.net/projects/dataquality/ This sub project will create apache spark based data pipeline where JSON based metadata (file) will be used to run data processing , data pipeline , data quality and data preparation and data modeling features for big data. This uses java API of apache spark. It can run in local mode also. Variable selection and optimization routines included. Written in Scala and R. The application is a cross-platform desktop app with a simple GUI and is fully functional currently. The app was and is developed at the University of Rochester (http://cbim.urmc.rochester.edu) under the GPL 3.0 license. This is a fork of that project.

Eclipse plug-ins that provide Prover IDE for Isabelle proof assistant, based on Isabelle/Scala framework. The JASI library provides an architecture based on a simulation kernel and elementary classes for simulation elements and event to build event-based simulation systems in Java.
