JTrac is a generic issue-tracking web-application that can be easily customized by adding custom fields and drop-downs. Cobertura is a free Java tool that calculates the percentage of code accessed by tests. It can be used to identify which parts of your Java program are lacking test coverage. It is based on jcoverage.

UnitTH is a tool/Jenkins plugin for generating a test history overview for the purpose of identifying problematic and unstable test cases.
