Sentry is a cross-platform, self-hosted error monitoring solution that helps software teams discover, monitor and fix errors in real-time. Pexpect is a Python module for spawning child applications; controlling them; and responding to expected patterns in their output. Pexpect can be used for automating interactive applications such as ssh, ftp, passwd, telnet, etc. Pexpect is pure Python. q is a command line tool that allows direct execution of SQL-like queries on CSVs/TSVs (and any other tabular text files). q treats ordinary files as database tables, and supports all SQL constructs, such as WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINs etc. It supports automatic column name and column type detection, and provides full support for multiple encodings. q fully supports all types of encoding. Use -e data-encoding to set the input data encoding, -Q query-encoding to set the query encoding, and use -E output-encoding to set the output encoding. Sensible defaults are in place for all three parameters. Files with BOM: Files which contain a BOM (Byte Order Mark) are not properly supported inside python's csv module. q contains a workaround that allows reading UTF8 files which contain a BOM - Use -e utf-8-sig for this. The plan is to separate the BOM handling from the encoding itself, which would allow to support BOMs for all encodings.

A Jupyter server extension to proxy requests with AWS SigV4 authentication. This server extension enables the usage of the AWS JavaScript/TypeScript SDK to write Jupyter frontend extensions without having to export AWS credentials to the browser. A single /awsproxy endpoint is added on the Jupyter server which receives incoming requests from the browser, uses the credentials on the server to add SigV4 authentication to the request, and then proxies the request to the actual AWS service endpoint. All requests are proxied back-and-forth as-is, e.g., a 4xx status code from the AWS service will be relayed back as-is to the browser. Using this requries no additional dependencies in the client-side code. Just use the regular AWS JavaScript/TypeScript SDK methods and add any dummy credentials and change the endpoint to the /awsproxy endpoint.
