Currently, neither the GUI fonts nor the installer fonts seem to be anti-aliased.
This makes the installer somewhat ugly looking.
Installjammer should draw its fonts using proper anti-aliasing libraries, like libXft.
Tk 8.4 (upon which InstallJammer is built) does not support Xft and anti-aliased fonts. This is already included in Tk 8.5, and as soon as it's released, InstallJammer will include it. That release should be sometime this year, but I never know for sure.
Believe me, I know the fonts look crappy. I can't wait to fix them. 0-]
