Added timeout warning and crit to hits, increased the timeout to be one second longer than crit (so you get actual stats)

got rid of warning

changed tags to taglist to hopefully fix epn issue

More cleanup, more functionality, segregating out twerlparser functionality from nagios checkin

added a rew more features; about to refactor twerlparser

First checkin of twerl; not very functional, but enough work to anger me if I lost it.
