Misc tweaks
Made black holes actual grid "holes" again

Significant performance improvements. Did some application profiling and found some slow spots.
- removed filtering (hi and lo pass) from sound module. It didn't add that much to the game and REALLY slowed things down
- also converted the grid to using vertexArrays instead of zillions of glVertex calls. Still need to do the same for the models, particles, etc.
- tweaked multiplayer ship colors, font colors, etc.

Added pre-calculated sin/cos lookup tables
Added wrapRadians() function to keep radians from getting out of range. Was causing the player ship to rotate oddly.

Cleaned up OpenGL line and point smoothing commands
