Preparing for the 2.3.7 release.

Version 1.4.1 - changes:
1) Fixed the auto-install/upgrade from SF. It's actually quite nice.
2) Fixed the missing theming (after pivotlog.net was removed).
3) Replace split with preg_split.

Revions 4288 merged from the 2.3.x branch.

Improved handling of multipart messages. (Avoiding calling parse_body three
times on the same message. Thx, Harm, for spotting this.)

Revision 4286 (user agent faking) applied from the 2.3.x branch.

Faking the Magpie user agent so _getTagFeedHelper is able to get feeds from blogsearch.google.com and icerocket.com.

Completing support for tags on pages - finally. MySQL only.

Fixing fatal error (call to a member function on a non-object) when PivotX tries to report fatal errors ;-)
