Introducing new hidden setting "allow_html_readable_in_comments".
Not only does this cover (partly) making html readable but also circumvents the problem when someone writes "one < two" in the comment text. Previously all text including the < disappeared when publishing comment.

Corrected error in upload matching.
Used pathinfo to get file data.
Added connection from entry/page's extrafields image to upload id. Now the combination of the 2 can be imported.

Created some functions from upload export processing
Fixed duplicate upload export

Beta version of option to export uploads.

Test commit (containing a useful code comment) to see if a notification is sent.
