[CRI ACB EXTRACTOR] Lots of cleanup and fixing. Finally got it right...I think. Seems to match official tools for the current samples I've had for testing.

[CRI ACB EXTRACTOR] Lots of ACB cleanup and AFS2 updates to handle more AFS2 formats and all sorts of little things. Add 0x70 type for UTF rows, seems to be the same as constant.

[CRI ACB EXTRACTOR] Updated to extract from self-contained ACB files with internal AFS2 archives. One known issue at this time.

[CRI CPK ARCHIVE] Adding decryption functionality. Changed to write UTF table to temp file to prevent Large Heap Object out of memory errors and speed up for encrypted UTFs.

[CRI CPK ARCHIVE] Adding decryption functionality. Updated the initializeUtfSchema function to use decryptor, but it's way too slow. Need to add an internal cache for the seed/increment xor to the UtfReader or modify it to receive a full byte array of the UTF header.
