Batch of fixes:

VILib:
-- Baby steps towards better error handling: catch a couple common
failures in Util::connect
-- Change --host to --server, so --host is available for HostSystem-ish
things
-- Clean up variable usage info a bit
-- Disable reading username/password from stdin, since it's currently
broken and needs a bit of rethinking anyway
-- Enable Opts::validate() to take user-defined validation methods

VIM2Runtime:
-- If the user passes an empty list of morefs to get_views, return an
empty list of views instead of dying

Samples:
-- Move a bunch more over to VILib; all that's left now is samples/vm/...
-- Fix error message in datacenterlisting.pl

Changed the copyright year, fixed a minor typo.

Ugh. Fixing an indentation problem.

Another correction to the syntax for datacenterlisting.pl
New format is to have --host specified. (I thought this worked without it, but...evidently not).

Corrected pathname to datacenterlisting.pl in the "verify installation" section. Bug discovered during dogfood session

Removed link to vmweb VI API reference. Links internal to vmware are not going to work for people who download this thing from sourceforge.
