Hello,

SQL Server provider has incorrect "CREATE LOGIN" query which returns exception when user name is email address (probably problem with the dot).

Query before:

ExecuteNonQuery(String.Format("CREATE LOGIN {0} WITH PASSWORD='{1}', DEFAULT_DATABASE={2}, CHECK_EXPIRATION=OFF, CHECK_POLICY=OFF",user.Name, password, user.DefaultDatabase));

Query after:

ExecuteNonQuery(String.Format("CREATE LOGIN [{0}] WITH PASSWORD=N'{1}', DEFAULT_DATABASE=[{2}], CHECK_EXPIRATION=OFF, CHECK_POLICY=OFF",user.Name, password, user.DefaultDatabase));
