initial work on component bar (dragging components to the canvas) still needs drag and drop behavior and might replace rendered images with actual buttons

forgot to add background image used in renderer

created a feature branch for work on expirimental image based renderer

removed duplicate files from src/ directory

multiple selected components now render with thick, dashed, black rectangle

some commented out stuff for next release

various bits of UI cleanup

more improvements to application look

started changing the app's look and feel

added Jeff's icon to Wiremaster
