Pros: Implementation was very smooth and fast considering that it is a software used by so many people in day to day operations. We were initially hesitant but after some days we achieved already huge benefits for technicians as well as dispatchers. User acceptance was much higher than expected!
Cons: Fieldcode has no billing/invoicing module which would have helped us but we connected a third party software to Fieldcode via API and it worked well.
Overall: Value for money and the calmness of the implementation has been top, top, top! Much better experience than MS Dynamics Field Service which we have used before.

Pros: We have set multiple workflows in the tool which do allow us to handle various projects. We use Fieldcode to plan our tickets and have the field technicians report their work. It’s connected to many of our customer systems to transfer the tickets into Fieldcode which saves us a lot of manually data transfer.
Cons: At times it takes long for new features to be implemented. I find it complicated to get new things added if it’s not part of the standard software.
Overall: We have to deal with many different customers and for every one of them we have a different process. The tool helps us greatly to distinguish what is necessary for which customer.
