    "It is easy to use and improves information flow"

    Pros: Mattermost promotes the creation of documents that allow us to retain information in the short, medium, and long term and communicate between my colleagues and me through its efficient chat function. It is an incredible resource that helps us significantly reduce information loss over time, compare files and efficiently flow important information. Its platform is impressive and promotes communication and collaboration among colleagues in an effective way.

    Cons: I have not had any problems with this platform; it has worked properly and completely meets our expectations. It is excellent for work teams to stay in sync through chats to share resources, information and advance their activities.

    Overall: Mattermost has helped us promote internal communication and share information, data, and files in multiple formats between colleagues on the same platform in a more secure, more accessible, and faster way. We stay productive and move forward steadily to the success of all our projects and activities.

    Pros: Mattermost is a messaging tool. Very innovative software helps in increasing productivity and efficiency of our team. Automatic workflows and easy to use. Secure and reliable software. Lots of features like don't disturb mode, emoji, sharing images, links and files. It can send thousands of messages in a minute.

    Cons: No cons. After using Slack this is second best option to use.

    Overall: It's a cloud based software very easy to install. Highly flexible and customisable software. Integrates with various tools. Free trial is available. Affordable price. Improves communication. Enables real time chat.
