PULPO WMS

Pros: The attribute that my coworkers and I valued the most was the ease of use. The tool is highly intuitive, so new staff members can learn it quickly and easily. It is possible for me to generate reports that helps determining the warehouse operation's capacity.

Cons: I am not happy that our air cargo partner has not yet been integrated.

Overall: We implemented Pulpo because our warehouse has many new employees. Without a WMS, training took an excessive amount of time. Previously, they required two months to learn about all warehouse positions and products.

Pros: I received good support and onboarding advice of the PULPO software from their expert Simon. We use this WMS for the warehouse of our online shop. The control is better now. So far it works good.

Cons: We had some old windows devices we could not use with PULPO, we had to get Android devices. We have another dropshipping business and PULPO is not ideal there. It is only working for our own warehouse so far.

Overall: We are expanding our operation with a new warehouse and PULPO helps with transparency and control. We are faster now and our staff finds products faster. We can meet demand better and this is good for sales.

Pros: This is one of the best pieces of software I have come across in the intra-logistics space. Great founder team, lots of dedication and super high quality of product.

Cons: It is hard to find them, but if you have an online shop and a warehouse this is your solution. Check it out!

Overall: Fantastic for small to medium sized online shops that are looking to save time and money, making your warehouse staff much more efficient.

Pros: For our Ecommerce business we had been looking at alternatives to reduce shipping errors. This system helped reduce returns. We had some support cases in the beginning but the Pulpo team was very helpful and fast.

Cons: Some of the freight companies in our region are not integrated.

Overall: We have been operating with Pulpo WMS for half a year now and our productivity has improved. We have seen new options being added. The communication has been good.

Pros: The team at Pulpo explained everything very well during the implementation of the software. Our warehouse staff learned the basics very fast. Good solution for merchants looking to ship faster.

Cons: No Ipad App available. Pulpo does not sell hardware, they only refer to scanner suppliers.

Overall: We decided to do an initial inventory when we started with Pulpo. It was very fast with the Android App and the scanners we bought. This has helped us grow.

Pros: The platform is easy to manage on the browser. The Android app is simple for the staff. We can track the workload of our staff and see how fast we are.

Cons: Not many dashboards, all the information can be exported for KPIs. Not available in Portuguese, only in English, Spanish and German.

Overall: We needed to integrate the WMS to Magento 2 and our POS system. The Integration documentation and support were good. We looked for web-based solutions that could handle medical and some pharmaceuticals. We are loosing less products now and have more control.
