"One of the worst carriers for sms messaging " Posted 2025-09-19
Pros: Initially when I heard about text grid I was exited to sign up due to the cost of sending messages being slightly lower than Twilio. TextGrid is by far one of the most complicated and worst carriers to set up with. To transition from Twilio to TextGrid it took me 3 weeks. Their staff is really slow on answering request
Cons: They don’t have a streamlined process for the set up, most of your messages will never deliver, and when your messages are not delivering they don’t have any automated system to let you know theirs an issue.
Overall: The point of having text grid is for marketing and what’s the point if your messages won’t deliver anyways.

In general an embarrassing product. Hard to use and anytime you have a problem or question (which is always) they are so slow to respond. -

"Pretty Difficult to setup and product is not market ready yet" Posted 2024-09-30
Pros: They catch you with price, Inbound messaging is free but it doesn't make sense if you're not able to deliver half of your message and it keeps getting failed
Cons: No support.
Did supported mass outreach sms
No proper communication
No Clear Answers
Waste of money
Sms keeps getting blocked almost 40%Overall: In the start, I was pretty excited to use the product but once I signed up I faced difficulties in setup. After setup, I wasted a lot of money to test the product. Once I registered with A2P, it ran fine for 2 days and after that, almost 40% of my messages were not delivering, and Support gave me stupid excuses. When I asked about the process of canceling they just deleted my account. I would rate the product as underdeveloped and not ready for market. It's poor
