    Pros: Tidio can be implemented on multi-channels. FB messenger, Instagram and websites.
    Can generate tickets using its chatbot.
    The user interface is appealing and incredibly easy to use in my opinion.
    Create a profile after every conversation.

    Cons: Never faced any major issues while using the Tidio tool.

    Overall: I liked how Tidio enables AI-based support representatives to help customers. It can be deployed on websites and social media Instagram and FB Messenger. Overall, I highly suggest Tidio if you want an AI-based support channel that can create tickets and responds to problems.

    Cons: Till now I haven't experienced any downside about Tidio.

    Pros: The Tidio app for BigCommerce is very easy to install and the design of the chat windows is beautiful. In case you have a question, support is always there to guide you step by step on how to resolve any issue.

    Cons: I have no issues with this app while working on BigCommerce.

    Pros: I love that Tidio has a free plan because it's a great affordable option for small businesses. Also, it is easy to install and has a lot of features that are helpful for my business like easy to use chatbots and integrations.

    Cons: I don't like that I have to join the conversation to mark it as solved because when I want to close a conversation, I don't want to have to join it in order to remove it from my view. This is just a small flaw but everything else is great.

    Overall: Tidio is an easy to use platform that makes giving support easy for teams of one, or teams one hundred! It's affordable, easy to use, and makes you look super professional.

    Pros: We use Tidio on our website where we advise and help to detect skin cancer at an early stage, thanks to our device NOTA mole tracker. So we are saving lives together with Tidio!

    Cons: I would say it's a paid subscription, but I understand that you have to pay for a good product.

    Overall: I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple and convenient tool for communicating with customers!

    Pros: Everything I've explored so far. TIDIO is 1,000 times better than I expected for a chatbot. Especially one with unlimited free use with the option of upgrading to more features! But for a basic website, the free version is incredibly more than useful. Your customer will be screaming in glee at its useful features.

    Cons: That I can't select or click a check bot to have the chat transcript sent to me on my own. I shouldn't have to ask the person to send it to me. I've talked in a lot of chat apps and almost all of them allow you to send the chat to yourself without asking.

    Overall: 10 out of 10 and I'm still exploring! Anything else is just icing on the cake, a bonus, woooweee, etc...

    Pros: User friendly! Easy to setup, install, and learn. Our sales team loves being able to see our visitors and what page they are on. Custom triggered messages are great and setup for franchise locations is amazing.

    Cons: Nothing so far. Maybe custom skin colors and design. Shouldn't have to pay per month to have the Tidio logo removed, one time fee?!

    Overall: Was asked to add Live Chat to our site and within 2 hrs. had everything working and the sales team using it.

    Pros: Simple, and intuitive, Tidio is a great solution for startups. The best thing about Tidio is the pricing mode. I like the fact that they offer a free version.

    Cons: Lacks integrations. I hope I will see more in the near future.

    Pros: The support is amazing and really fast and it's easy to setup the bot!

    Just, you need this product for your website.

    Even if you have the free plan it is just amazing.
    They make it just able for small business to use the chat function and give our customers a live support!

    Cons: Well there isn't much yet I don't like, I did use Tidio many times and it's just easy in use so I don't have any bad things or stuff.

    Overall: Tidio is amazing for small business but also for big business, are you small growing up to a bigger business? Just start with the free plan and when you are ready just upgrade to another plan.

    If you downgrade you're not losing much and they will keep all your date saved.

    Use Tidio now, whatever you wanna use. Tidio is the best.

    "It helps more than you know...."

    Pros: Easy to implement, with a small code snippet that works well in ecommerce sites.
    There is also an excellent WordPress plugin.
    The web interface is very good, and there's an excellent mobile app.

    Cons: You have to go into a separate tab to see what DAY people hit your pages. It's not obvious from the first screen. This is more a nuisance than anything else.

    I did find it helpful to implement an alert in Zapier - and the Zapier trigger works reliably. It would be nice if Tidio could send SMS alerts.

    Overall: Tidio has helped me provide support to my customers, and has helped me save sales in real time. As customers become more sophisticated, I find they are sometimes frustrated by chatbot-only solutions, so getting straight through to a human is a real plus.
    The chatbot facility is very good, and can assist with after-hours inquiries if you don't have 2nd shift support staff.

    Pros: Customer support was very helpful, always around to answer questions. The UI on the customer end is very appealing.

    Cons: Difficult to set up and could be a bit challenging to get started.

    Overall: If you have some time to learn how to set up this product for use on your website, it is a great tool. If not, it can be a challenge.
